If it is true that rock music has always been the background of our lives, why not transform it into a frameless picture? This was our original idea: hanging rock’n’roll on the wall, nailing it to our daily lives, allowing it to become a constant presence, pleasing to the eye and not just the ear, heart and stomach. To this main floor we have added a penthouse: Rock’n’roll (as all Arts) projects our shadows and illuminates each of us differently. This is the reason why every image starts from rock’n’roll but also plays with our ideas and impulses, escaping from a didactic approach and making every person an active audience. ‘Wall of Rock’ is not just a series of walls, but an authentic gallery, a theatrical set that becomes a live stage, pushing whomever to ‘stand up’, abandoning the role of the spectator and becoming the leading character. With Wall of Rock, we are all on stage. - Massimo Cotto
